Elite Sports Performance

FOCUS: Training focused on unlocking an athlete's full potential

The Elite Sports Performance Program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods. This program refines athletes' skills to maximise strength, aerobic capacity and sport performance. Athletes in this program will elevate their game to the next level under the expert guidance of Certified Parisi Performance Coaches. At this level, certified Parisi Performance Coaches use their knowledge and experience to individualise strength training for their athletes based on their abilities and specific goals. This program builds on an athlete's physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further, in order for them to maximise their potential and reach their goals on game day. The programming increases in both difficulty and intensity to promote enhanced athletic performance by focusing on: -Linear Speed Parisi's signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques. -Multi-Directional Speed Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly. -Upper and Lower Body Strength Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Team Training
(youth/adult)

FOCUS: Training focused on unlocking a team's full potential

There are many advantages to team training, including factors such as a decrease risk of injury due to exerting positive stresses on muscles that are more likely to be injury prone, and bilateral muscle balance. Optimal acceleration patterns most often stem from a lower start position, the reality of team sports doesn’t always provide the opportunity to do so. In order to address this limitation to acceleration practice, qualified Parisi Performance Coaches will diversify the current teams' movement drills and apply them directly to the context of their team sport. These drills simulate scenarios where athletes transition from various movement patterns to acceleration, mirroring the demands of team sports. This approach helps to cultivate sprinting skills and also equips athletes and their team collectively with the versatility needed for any unpredictable game situations.
